If you could choose the date of your baby’s birth, would you? Many parents are doing just that by participating in a new trend in early parenting, conception travel. In this episode of The Lab, Daddy Clay and Daddy Brad offer advice on how to plan your own “ovulation vacation” with a few travel tips. We also talk with dad who gives us his reasons for wanting a pregnancy at a specific time of the year. What potassium-rich food does he recommended eating for improved fertility? We’d love to know what other moms and dads think about this topic. Drop a comment or visit us at DadLabs.com and join the conversation. DadLabs Ep. 592 is brought to you by BabyBjorn. Also .. I know he mentioned that he got to the hotel on the day of his wife’s OV’ing I’ts better to TTC 2 days prior to OV (so that the sperm are already there when the egg becomes ready) and as well as the day of OV. Otherwise ..Great tips in this video :o )

Great video! We just found out we are having our first baby due Sep 5th. We have been trying forever and not preventing for about 6.5 yrs. We planned on starting fertility treatment in Feb. So we are super excited! If pregnancy would have come easy to me I would have done this. 6 bannanas is a little much at one time seems like your body would get more benefit out of them if you spread them out.

Planning conception is definitely a luxury. At least your parents had a Merry Christmas. ;)

How funny that my brother and I were born a day and 4 years apart and we used to joke that we were Christmas babies even though we were born in September ;)

My mother worked nights and dad days so for the two weeks at Christmas time just seem to be the only time these two did more than pass in the doorway.
